UPS Ground and USPS Parcel Select are our primary carriers for domestic orders. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, and may arrive sooner for destinations within California or the West Coast. Shipments to the East Coast and other distant regions may take longer.
Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. All orders ship from Emeryville, California.
Express Shipping is available via UPS and includes Next Business Day, Two Business Day, or Three Business Day delivery options. Transit time is based on UPS business days only and does not include weekends or holidays.
Orders received by 12:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Thursday, may ship the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM may ship the following business day, though we will make every effort to ship same day when possible.
Next Business Day orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
Please note: Eau de Parfum cannot be shipped by air and is not eligible for Next Day or Two Day service.
