We accept returns on unopened items purchased directly from elizabethW.com.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, we are happy to either replace it with another item from our collection or issue a refund to your original form of payment. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
All refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for purchase.
Please return your item using insured, traceable shipping via UPS or USPS. This protects you in the event the package is lost or damaged in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by email or by phone at 1 (800) 781-6126, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time.
Please retain the original shipping box and packaging, as the carrier may need to collect the package for inspection. Once confirmed, we will promptly replace the damaged item.
As a small, independent perfumery handcrafting our products in our workshop by the San Francisco Bay, we take great pride in the quality of our collections. We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not pleased with an item ordered directly from elizabethW.com, we will gladly accept it for a full merchandise refund when returned to us within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened.
To protect our original designs and creations, we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
