If you wish to exchange or return the merchandise, we are happy to either replace the item with another from the collection, or refund your credit card. Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery to the recipient.
All credit card refunds will be placed on the original card used for purchase.
Please allow 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Please return the item by traceable, insured mail, offered by UPS and USPS. This will protect you, if the merchandise is damaged or lost in transit. It will also greatly help us, if you can please do the following:
1. enclose a note explaining the reason for returning the merchandise.
2. provide instructions (eg an exchange or a refund to the credit card).
3. provide your order number, name, address, and telephone number.
4. ship the item to elizabethW Returns, 1476 66th Street, Emeryville, CA 94608.
Damages: Please notify us of damaged merchandise within 72 hours by EMAIL or telephone 1 800 781-6126, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00 pm PST. Please save the shipping box for the UPS carrier, who will collect the package for inspection, whereupon we can replace the damaged goods promptly.
Sales/Specials: Please note that all sales are final on discounted and sale items, with no returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding.
As a small, independent perfumery, handcrafting our products in our workshop by the San Francisco Bay, we take pride in the quality of our collections and hope that you will be completely satisfied. If you are not pleased with any item ordered directly from elizabethW.com, we will be glad to accept it in exchange for a refund of the full price of your merchandise within 30 days of delivery to our location.
To protect our original designs and creations, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
