Q: Do you have a store?
A: Yes, we have two stores.  Our elizabethW boutique in San Francisco is located at Ghirardelli Square, 900 North Point, Fountain Plaza Level, San Francisco, CA 94109. Tel: (415) 441-8354

Store hours: Monday-Thursday 10am-6pm, Friday-Saturday 10am-9pm, Sunday 10am - 8pm.

Our elizabethW boutique in Carmel is located on Ocean Ave, Between Monte Verde & Lincoln, Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA 93921  Tel: (831) 626-3892

Store hours: Daily 10am - 7pm.

Q: Do you test on animals?
A: We do not test any products on animals, nor do we use animal-tested ingredients.

Q: Are your candles soy?
A: Yes, they are 100% soy wax, and handpoured in our workshop.

Q: Are your products sustainable? Where are your products made?
A: Yes. We design and handcraft onsite in our San Francisco Bay Area workshop.

Q: Are any of your products paraben free?
A: Many products are paraben free, including Bath Oil, Bar Soap, Bath Fizz, Bath Salts, and Bath Pouches. Some other items use non-toxic preservatives to safeguard their quality.

A: Emeryville, CA, USA

Q: Do you gift-wrap?
A: Yes. Please indicate on your order at check-out. Gift-wrap is complementary.

Q: Can I buy elizabethW products locally?
A: ElizabethW gifts are sold in upscale boutiques, spas, and resorts around the USA. Please email us to find a local retailer.

Q: Can I request samples?
A: We are happy to provide 2 elizabethW samples, based upon availability. Due to the high volume of requests received, we can only send samples with orders.

Q: What credit cards can I use to order products?
A: We accept American Express, VISA, Mastercard, and Discover.

Q: How do I know if my order has been received?
A: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation at the end of the order process as well as an email confirmation.

Q: How can I sell elizabethW products in my store?
A: We supply qualified retail partners, including luxury boutiques, spas, and resorts. Please email us for more information.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, but please email us so we can calculate accurate shipping costs. The website reflects only US shipping rates.
