Guarantee & Returns
We can only accept returns for unopened items purchased directly from elizabethW.
If you choose to exchange or return the merchandise, we will be happy to replace the item with another from the elizabethW collection or refund your credit card. Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery to the recipient. Please return the item by traceable, insured mail, offered by UPS and USPS. This will protect you, if the merchandise is damaged or lost in transit. It will also greatly help us, if you can please do the following:
1. enclose a note explaining the reason for returning the merchandise
2. provide us with instructions (e.g. an exchange or a refund to the credit card)
3. provide us with your order number, your name address and phone number

As a small, independent perfumery, all of our products are crafted by artisans in our studio workshop in San Francisco. That's why we believe in the quality of our elizabethW collection and hope that our customers will be completely satisfied. If you are not pleased with any product ordered directly from elizabethW, we will happily accept it in exchange for a refund of the full price of your merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
To protect our original designs and creations, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
