How to Order Online
We hope that ordering is a quick and easy process. If at any time you have difficulties, we are happy to take your order by phone at 1 800 781-6126.
Click on PRODUCTS listed on the top of your screen. Then click on any item within it, and it will take you to that product's page. Scroll down to find the fragranced item you desire or click on more information for greater details. You can also order from that page.
Simply select the quantity you require. Then click the ADD icon. You can either continue shopping, or proceed to checkout. If it's time to settle up for the day, please click on the shopping basket icon (top right of your screen) or review what's in your basket near the bottom left of your screen and click on the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT icon.
The VIEW CART page allows you to review all items placed in your cart, and make changes to your order, such as removing unwanted purchases (REMOVE) or changing the quantity. If you make any changes to your order, click the RECALUCULATE button to see your revised total.
You can choose to carry on browsing the site by clicking the CONTINUE SHOPPING icon near the top of the page, or finish your purchasing by clicking the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button.
If you have decided to complete your order, you will now be on CHECKING OUT PAGE 1. If you are a new customer, please complete the form as requested. If you are revisiting us, please enter your last name and email address. Please enter your shipping information at this time, along with any special delivery instructions in the Additional Comments box (e.g. "leave at front porch"). Be sure to complete the Gift Message box, if you are sending a present to someone special. We will gladly gift-wrap the item(s) at NO charge and hand write the message for you, if this section is completed.
Press CONTINUE TO STEP 2 for a final review of your order, before proceeding to the payment page by pressing CONTINUE TO STEP 3. Nearly finished! Please complete the billing information, as requested. Finally, please click on SUBMIT ORDER to process your request. At the time of shipping, where possible, you will receive notification from UPS, stating that your order has shipped and providing the tracking information.

International Orders
We will be happy to try and accommodate any orders to ship overseas. However, shipping rates will differ and there may be shipping brokerage fees, as well as local customs duties and taxes. Please contact us for further details. We cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery of any item overseas, nor can we accept returns from international orders.
